আগামীকাল থেকে জগন্নাথ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় সাংস্কৃতিক কেন্দ্রের ১৪ তম প্রতিষ্ঠাবার্ষিকী উপলক্ষ্যে জগন্নাথ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে দুই দিনব্যাপী সাংস্কৃতিক উৎসবের আয়োজন করা হয়েছে।
উৎসবের প্রথম দিন ২৫শে ফেব্রুয়ারী মঙ্গলবার (১২ ই ফাল্গুন,১৪২৬) প্রতিষ্ঠাবার্ষিকী র্যালি বেলা ১১ টায় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের শহীদ মিনারের সামনে থেকে শুরু হবে।র্যালি শেষে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের কেন্দ্রীয় অডিটোরিয়ামে পুনর্মিলনী এবং নবীনবরণ ও সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠানের আয়োজন করা হয়েছে।
উৎসবের দ্বিতীয় দিন ২৬ শে ফেব্রুয়ারি বুধবার (১৩ ফাল্গুন,১৪২৬) বেলা ১২ টা থেকে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের শান্ত চত্তরে “বসন্ত উৎসব” কে ধারণ করে দেশীয় সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠানের আয়োজন করা হয়েছে।
উল্লেখ্যে,দুই দিনব্যাপী উৎসবের প্রধান অতিথি হিসাবে উপস্থিত থাকবেন উপাচার্য অধ্যাপক ড. মিজানুর রহমান।
বিশেষ অতিথি হিসাবে উপস্থিত থাকবেন, ট্রেজারার অধ্যাপক ড. কামালউদ্দিন আহমদে।
জগন্নাথ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় সাংস্কৃতিক কেন্দ্রের উপদেষ্টা চারকলা বিভাগের চেয়ারম্যান অধ্যাপক ড. বজলুর রশিদসহ দেশের বিভিন্ন স্থান থেকে আগত সাংস্কৃতিক ব্যক্তিত্ব।
উৎসবে সভাপতিত্ব করবেন জগন্নাথ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় সাংস্কৃতিক কেন্দ্রের সভাপতি ফাইয়াজ হোসেন ও সঞ্চালনা করবেন সাধারন সম্পাদক সাঈদ মাহাদী সেকান্দর।
